IRRESPONSIBLE dog owners don't seem to care about the possibility of people (including toddlers) walking their dog’s excrement into the carpets of their houses, so perhaps they will consider this ? How would they feel if their daughters had to scrub the wheels of their baby's pram with a toothbrush?
That is what I found myself doing recently. With leaves covering the pavements at the moment, I anticipate having to do it several times again this winter due to the selfish, thoughtless idiots who let the dogs foul the pavements on and around Mossdale Road in Sale.
