RE Altrincham Health Centre.
The number of potential services that should have taken residence in this building must have been misinformed of the costs.
I am sure these practices would not have agreed to exorbitant rents in the beginning.
Therefore, the council should reduce the rents and use the building as it was intended.
To spend more money converting to offices that will probably not be taken up and then — surprise, surprise — spend more money converting to flats.
Reduce the rents now.
