THERE was an elephant.
And there were five blind men.
Each of the men had hold of a different part of the elephant.
The men were arguing about what an elephant was like as the parts they had hold of were so different e.g. one held the tail. another a tusk and yet another a foot etc.
In this story, the five men represent the five great religions - Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism.
The Elephant represents God.
Each of the five men are correct.
Each have found God.
There is no need to argue!
