THE time has come, the Walrus said, to think of many things.
It is time to call out Trafford Council, regarding its contract with Amey, as it is not working.
Over the past few months one reads of nothing but complaints about the service being provided.
This ranges from our roads inundated with pot holes to failure in maintaining parks and gardens.
Litter is in abundance and bin clearing always under fire.
Trafford must now consider the fact it has made an error in judgement; they had to make cut backs and this one seemed logical for the period.
We, the public, now find that council could not manage the work and so passed it on. The result is that now we pay for someone that still cannot do the same work.
Shape up or ship out is now the cry.
