RE: THE person who complained about retired people going swimming early - instead of going later, so people who work won't be crowded in the pool or gym.
Perhaps the retired have busy lives, and go early because they have voluntary work, to go to, or even a full packed day .
Also the GPs, receptionists, give us an appointment time, and people working are usually given appointments to suit on request.
I swim a half mile a day, and don't use the pool for social purposes. Like most swimmers, we follow lane swimming.
Such arrogance, you will retire one day, think about it.
