AS spring approaches and many of us are looking for a new challenge, UNICEF is encouraging sports fans in the north west to show support for their favourite football club and raise money for UNICEF at the same time by signing up for the ‘Wheels for Change’ cycling fundraising challenge.
Wheels for Change, which is supported by Barclays, will see seven 100km cycling rides taking place simultaneously on Saturday, May 24, 2014, with one of them starting at Old Trafford Football Stadium.
The event will provide sports fans with a fantastic challenge, as well as the opportunity to raise funds for UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s organisation.
The money raised will have a hugely positive impact on some of the world’s most disadvantaged young people - what better reason for your readers to get on their bike.
