LEADERS Cringlewood kept up the pressure at the top of the Altrincham and Sale Round the Board Darts League with a 3-2/4-1 victory against the Navigation, giving themselves four more points.
In second place are reigning champions Jolly Butcher who secured an excellent 5-0/5-0 win against British Rail, keeping them just two points behind Cringlewood.
Third-placed Timperley Cons secured an emphatic win against Central A, beating them 5-0/4-1.
Central B hit form against Carters Arms.
John Thierens took the first game for them and that was added to by magnificent throwing from Jon Collins, Anthony Markham and James Gallagher making it 4-1 for Central B.
They then followed this up with a 3-2 win, taking all four points on the night.
Budenburgs were on form as well, taking their match 4-1/5-0 to stay mid-table.
