JOLLY Butcher remain on course for a league and cup double after progressing to the final of the Team Knockout competition in the Altrincham and Sale Round the Board Darts League.
In the semi-finals, they won all the first four games against Timperley Conservative Club, putting them immediately through to the final.
Cons did bounce back with a couple of winning games but it was too late for them to rescue the match.
In the other semi-final, Central A took on Budenburgs.
The first game was a draw but then it was Budenburgs who got up a head of steam with wins from Kevin Legg, Jason Hall and Graham Mathers.
Andy McCormack led the fightback for Central and the match went to 3½-3½, which meant the two players who had the draw had to play a deciding best-of-three-legs game.
Will Morris from Budenburgs came out fighting with some magnificent darts, but it was the firepower of Steve Holt of Central that saw him win 2-1 to put his team into the final on May 20.
