TRAFFORD Golf Centre has unveiled a new short-game practice area following a £30,000 investment.
The new area, features Huxley synthetic turf to give realistic results, offering golfers authentic practice.
There is also a True Roll Putting Green, realistic feel chipping and pitching turf, real sand bunker, target landing greens and sloping lie mats.
Pete Styles, director of golf at Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls, said: “We’re proud to be the biggest golf academy in the north west and the addition of this superb short game practice area, ensures our Academy at Trafford Golf Centre continues to get bigger and better for our customers. As we move into spring, we look forward to making the most out of the facility with our academy pupils to help them to improve their games.”
Fully floodlit for late night practice sessions throughout the year, the short-game practice area is open to academy members for practice sessions between their lessons.
The area will be charged at £5 per hour off peak, £8 per hour peak times (off peak times are Monday to Friday before 5pm and before 11am on weekends).
