DARTS: Leaders Butcher hit Cringlewood for six
LEAGUE leaders Jolly Butcher continued on their winning ways with a magnificent 6-1 victory against the Cringlewood in the Altrincham and Sale Round the Board Darts League.
Elsewhere, British Rail took on a strong Timperley Conservative Club side and, in a nip-and-tuck match, the Rail ran out 4-3 winners.
The closest match of the night was between Broadheath Central and the Budenburgs, the final score a 3½-3½ draw.
Bottom two sides the Central and Station faced each other – Central out of the blocks quickly taking the first four legs.
It set them up for a 4½-2½ victory.
