BRADIE Zimmer-Collins, 11, from Urmston has taken the title of U16 Scottish Snowboard Champion for the second year running. The annual prestigious event, which was held in Glasgow and attracts some of the biggest names in British snowboarding and Bradie, despite being the reigning u16 champion. knew she would have to work hard to keep her title.
Never one to shy away from a challenge Bradie rode so well that she not only claimed top spot in her category, but also found herself competing in the overall final as one of the top four women of the day.
Bradie, who trains weekly at Chill Factore, and Future League & Evolve gym, Salford, is now looking forward to the approaching winter season where she has plans to travel out with the National Park and Pipe Academy.
