POLICE are appealing for help to trace the last known movements of a man found dead in Trafford.
The body of Robert Bugajski, 51, was discovered in the Manchester Ship Canal, near to Regent Road, on at 4.35pm on Friday March 11.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Detective Sergeant Dave Chambers, from Stretford CID. said: “We believe Robert frequented the Shude Hill and Oldham Street area of Manchester and I would urge anyone who saw him between 11am and 4pm on Friday March 11 to contact us as soon as possible.
“Understandably his family are upset and want to know the circumstances that led to Robert’s body being found in the canal.”
