SALE Moor's resurfaced Warrener Street car park will be officially reopened on Saturday.
The Mayor, Cllr David Higgins, will do the honours at 10.30am and this will be followed by a host of activities laid on by the Sale Moor Traders Partnership.
There wil be stalls, refreshments, a tombola, treasure hunt, games annd a raffle.
All proceeds from the day will go to the Mayor's charity, Stockdales.
The car park was the focus of a successful campaign last year, with more than 3,000 people signing a petition organised by Trafford Heritage Society (THS), calling for it to be preserved.
