ONE person was treated for smoke inhalation following a house fire in Sale at the weekend.
Fire crews scrambled to Medway Close shortly after 5.30pm on Saturday April 15 to reports of a house fire, sparked by a cooker.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to fight the fire and a positive pressure fan to clear smoke from the house.
One casualty was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation at the scene by the fire service but declined hospital treatment.
Crews were at the scene for one hour.
