LANCASHIRE County Cricket Club’s Foundation is launching a green element for its education workshops from April.
Lanky’s Carbon Hoof Print is aimed at teaching schoolchildren in the foundation’s Education Without Borders programme about green issues locally and worldwide.
The programme provides education workshops for primary and secondary schools at Emirates Old Trafford, and gives schoolchildren the chance to play cricket.
Other workshops are Lanky’s Literacy Club, Lanky’s Numbers Game, Lanky’s lesson in Fair Play and Lanky the Reporter.
More information is available online at www.lcccfoundation.co.uk, or schools can contact the Foundation’s Education Manager, Ian Seddon, on iseddon@lccc.co.uk or 0161 8686855.
