A NEW restaurant - SAFFRAN - has opened at the Trafford Centre.
The first SAFFRAN restaurant opened in 2009 in Iceland, with a further two outlets opening in quick succession. Then the restaurant travelled the Atlantic and opened in Florida, North America.
In 2012 the brand decided to launch in Europe, selecting Manchester as its first European city.
The restaurant believes its concept of natural, healthy ingredients with tastes inspired from the European and Mediterranean food culture mixed with traditions from the Middle East is a unique one for the fast-casual sector.
All SAFFRAN’s award-winning dishes are made using natural ingredients, without the use of white flour or white sugar and without frying – making all main menu items less than 650 calories.
