AN Altrincham man has been charged with the theft of £73,000 worth of jewellery.
The 41-year-old appeared before Trafford magistrates last Friday (January 6) and was remanded in custody.
The charges relate to separate incidents where two rings and a diamond necklace were brought into a jewellers for valuation and repair.
