3. POG money spend • Doesn’t all have to be spent this financial year • We need to develop a logo for the hoodies and other times • We could have a day at Gorse Hill to design the new logo.

4. Residential • Most people are going. Need to let Stacy know if you are NOT going so we can finalise numbers • Suggestions for things to do: ping pong, monopoly, camp fire, disco , movies

5. Campaign areas • Chris talked about getting a questionnaire together and getting it out to young people and professionals as well as MP’s and Councillors.

6. Evaluation • Went over the results of the cabinet evaluation for 2010/11 • More time of AOB • Training in leadership, knowledge of Trafford, Media • At some points split the cabinet into younger/older age groups to discuss different issues.

7. GMPTE transport forum feedback • Deferred

8. Early Intervention and CAN Services • Opportunity for cabinet members to help CYPS to decide who to commission for certain services • Training will be given. Lots of interest from members

9. Safeguarding board feedback • Deferred

10. Transport costs • Paid.

11. AOB • Shereen talked about her exchange idea. We go and visit other youth cabinets to see how they work and what their issues are. Got the idea from a youth cabinet in Leicester. • Fatma gave feedback from hospital meetings. Not a public consultation, more of an engagement process. Been publicised in Trafford newspapers. Other NHS trusts can bid to take over Trafford’s hospitals. Still difficult to make a judgement at this stage due to lack of information. • Davyhulme youth club visit. Interest from Harina, Lauren, Shereen Sacha, Oliver.
