RESIDENTS in Gorse Hill could soon be getting some new neighbours after plans were submitted to build 12 new houses in the area.

The three-bedroomed semis are planned for land on Renton Road, at the back of Talbot Road and will be served by a new access road.

And there will also be an extra 24 car parking spaces on offer for the new homeowners if consent is passed.

The plan is among the latest batch of applications lodged with Trafford Borough Council - details of which are now available for inspection during normal office hours at Trafford Direct 2000 at Sale Town Hall, Tatton Road, Sale.
