I'VE lost 7lbs already... jeans that were too tight now fit me... did you know so-and-so has gone down a dress size?

I'd love to say these were MY results after four weeks of dedicated Boot Camp training - but having missed a week due to pressing engagements (weekends away and BBQs!)this was my fellow female comrades reporting on their successes at last night's session.

Those who have attended all five hour-long sessions a week are delighted with the results they're now seeing - weight loss and inch loss.

But while I can't boast such high levels of achievement - only managing two or three sessions a week - I'm certainly not complaining as I feel fitter already.

Actually doing regular exercise makes you concentrate more on what you eat too.

I mean, why on earth would you indulge in a 150-calorie packet of crisps with your lunch when it's a THIRD of the calories you work bloody hard to burn during one Boot Camp session?

Last night was a typical military pyramid workout hitting all major muscle groups - the legs, core and upper body.

Despite the soggy grass, and the fear of landing in dog poo - because with the nights drawing in it's quite dark at 9pm - it was really enjoyable.

"I'm stepping the pace up a bit now and it's getting tougher - I'm stretching people," explained Stu.

"Everyone worked hard on the session and even the usual suspects who moan (me?!) seemed to be enjoying themselves!

"It's really rewarding for me to listen to the girls talking about how much weight they've lost and seeing them so happy with effort they're making and the results they're seeing."

So four weeks down, two weeks to go and then the final weigh-in... can't wait!
