AT 64, Kathleen she is currently the oldest member of Boot Camp.
She is now into her third week and doing fantastic. She has already lost 6lbs in weight and continuing to lose!
Kathleen attends the early morning bootcamp at 6.30am and really does give it her all.
Being a full-time piano tutor, Kathleen spends most of her day sat down and eating at irregular times - but now she is as active as ever and following the plan to a T!
Kathleen decided to trust my skills and arrived on the first day to inform me she was in fact a vegetarian, so the nutrition plan I had written wouldn't work as it includes meats and fish!
I promised a menu just for her would be with her the following day... I didn't sleep that night!
Although all the exercises are adapted to suit Kathleen's age and fitness level, getting to week three and losing what she really does prove age is no barrier to health and fitness!
