DID you know that one small glass of red wine contains 80 nasty, little calories?

And did you know that if you're not careful, what you think is a healthy bowl of cereal can contain up to 400 of the little blighters?

But more worrying for me, Stu recommends no more than two cups of coffee a day (20 calories without sugar) - and I have two before I leave the house of a morning!

You can see how easy it would be to negate the 500 calories Stu says people burn during a one-hour Boot Camp session!

So if you want to shed as much weight as possible and get as fit as you can during the six-week programme, following Stu's nutrition plan is a must.

"The nutrition plan is designed to control the amount of calories we take in on a daily basis without restricting any particular food variety such as the Atkins and diets like that," explains Stu.

"The only thing I have not included is the 'bad' foods - processed food, fast food, sweets, chocolate etc!

"And water is such an important part of the plan and drinking plenty of it. I have restricted tea and coffee intake - not so much because it is high in calories, because coffee/tea on its own doesn't have a calorific value, however, they are diuretics, meaning when consumed, they dehydrate the body.

"When this happens, the body cannot function at optimum levels - the more water we drink, the more calories we burn, the kidneys and liver are kept free of toxin, so the skin looks and feels better, the list is endless, right down to a cellular level.

"The plan also consists of fruit snacks to ensure we are keeping a variety of different fruits in our daily life as this is one area that should not be cut back on in anyone's eating plan - eating fruit has numerous benefits including staving off illnesses."
