AS a qualified Physical Training Instructor I trained soldiers in physical fitness on a daily and weekly basis all over the world.

Since leaving the military I had a burning ambition to carry on working in the fitness industry and wanting to help people reach their health and fitness goals - and how better to do it than with a military edge!

Using military techniques and no-nonsense methods, I quickly saw how fast civilians got to their health and fitness goals, weight loss etc.. faster than any gym would get them there!

Although I focus on weightloss, I like to implement lifestyle changes, ie. build self confidence, nutritional education, positive thinking towards health and fitness.

Within a few sessions of hating me, most of my clients look forward to their sessions!
