TRAFFORD Housing Trust (THT) helped cook up community spirit at 21 of its sheltered housing schemes, as part of the national Big Lunch event.
The aim of the initiative, which took place on Sunday, was to help bring communities together over a spot of lunch.
Tenants at some schemes tucked into a healthy meal of baked potatoes with a variety of tasty fillings while others enjoyed a selection of party food.
THT’s contractors, Bullocks, Caseys, Emmanuelle Whittakers and Wates, provided the food and also visited properties that had recently had investment work carried out to make sure the tenants were happy.
