A MULTI-CAR crash caused traffic chaos on the M60 this morning.
National Highways announced the road was closed clockwise after Junction 26 for Stockport at around 10.10am on Friday.
At the time, National Highways said there were delays of 30 minutes on approach to the area, with more than two and a half miles of congestion.
But by 10.40am, it was announced the M60 had reopened on all lanes.
The emergency services were asked for comment.
