A MAN has been charged after someone was seen exposing his genitals in Urmston town centre.
The incident in December 2020 was in view of members of the public.
After an investigation, police have charged Gerrard Kavanagh, 41, with outraging public decency.
According to a post on GMP Trafford's Facebook, he is still in custody.
