A MAN from Irlam has been charged with multiple counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two of them in Urmston.
Anthony Evans, 33, of Monarch Close, was arrested on suspicion of the offences at the beginning of the week.
This followed a joint investigation between GMP Salford and GMP Trafford.
Evans has now been charged with seven counts of theft from a motor vehicle, including two counts of the offence committed in an unspecified area of Urmston.
The property stolen from the vehicles has been returned to the owners.
