A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a stabbing in Broadheath.
The emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to Whitlow Avenue at around 4.35pm on Tuesday 15 June.
They arrived to find a man in his 20s who had been stabbed multiple times.
He was treated on the scene, then taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
Officers made four arrests in the wake of the attack, but the suspected attacker fled from the scene.
However, a 17-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
He remains in custody for questioning.
The investigation remains ongoing and officers continue to appeal for information.
