WORCESTER’S SIXWAYS STADIUM is coming back with a bang this year and have already lined up some top acts and live gigs for summer and later in the year- including performers from the West End.

Many of us have been deprived of live music and events during lockdown.

However, restrictions are set to ease even further from May 17 and Boris Johnson predicts that lockdown will end in June, if coronavirus cases don’t climb.

If you are looking to fill up your calendar in the coming months and book tickets before they sell out, here are some events you should be aware of at Worcester’s Sixways Stadium:

Posting to social media, events and sales co-ordinator said there is a lot to look forward to at Sixways in the coming months.

She said: “We have an amazing schedule of events coming up this summer.

“It’s kicking off on July 2nd with the Queen I want to break free tour.”

Here, the cast of the West End Musical will be coming to sing some of Queen’s most notable songs.

It’s not the first time this act has played at the venue- they hosted a sell-out event in 2019.
