YOU MIGHT THINK that every Aldi store is exactly the same- but Google reviewers would beg to differ.

Each store is completely different with varying layouts and stock; shoppers will have undoubtedly chosen their favourite when it comes to embarking on the weekly shop.

We have tracked down the Aldi stores in Worcester to see which ones received the best customer reviews and ratings on Google.

Bath Road, Broomhall
Rating: 4.4 based on 576 Google reviews

Judging from the comment section, this is a ‘go-to’ Aldi for the people of Worcester.

Richard Emmitt said this is a “great store, nice big size with a large selection of goods to choose from.”

Another said they found most of the staff “friendly” and helpful.

However, Paul Forth had one bone to pick and that was that there are only every “two checkouts open- even if there are queues.”

Another said: “It’s a nice new concept Aldi store with customer toilets which is unusual.”

However, Ms Sweet-Moon had an issue with the fruit and vegetables writing that they “have a short shelf life and are not the best quality.”

Mr Whelan wrote: “Social distancing, like so many supermarkets was non-existent as people wearing masks now seem to think they are invincible.

“The staff are as friendly as ever and efficient.”

However, not everyone is completely satisfied with the store.

One person commented: “Don't like tall aisles” and another remarked that it is hard to get a parking space.

Pheasant Street

This store currently employs around 25 members of staff and it was refurbished and reorganised late last year.

The store now has wider aisles and clearer signs.

Fresh bread and cakes have also been moved to the last aisle to prevent them from getting squashed in the trolley.

This branch has received a whopping 964 Google reviews and an overwhelmingly positive response in the comments who love the new revamped layout and look.

Another wrote: “Great store- loving the new layout!”

One of the newest reviewers said they have “never had a bad experience” in this store.

However, Jane had a bad experience here, writing: "There were alot of things missing on the shelves and the staff had no manners."

“Love how this store is run,” said Sarah Woodward. “The traffic light system on the door is brilliant, why is no one else doing this?

“Staff are always lovely and really helpful. Was one of the only shops I felt safe to go in during lockdown.”

Tybridge Street

This store has recently been refurbished- will its new look improve its rating even further.

It boasts 1,417 sqm of retail space and now has a more customer-focused layout to allow products to be found more easily.

Customers are clearly impressed with the new layout, as they have take to Google to leave their review.

One person wrote: “Nicely updated with a fresh look and layout. Just have to re-learn where everything is again!”

Kelly Prince said: “I love this Aldi- so much space and such choice.

“Also, as always, great value and super friendly staff.”

Just a week ago, a customer wrote: “Absolutely love the new refurbishment- it’s better organised with a great layout.”

Another wrote: “First time I ever went straight through a checkout in an Aldi without a queue!”

However, one customer wasn't a fan of their cashier's speed at this store.

They wrote: "Rushed as usual by the cashier... getting sick of them rushing and it's either them or me that drops something."

These Aldi stores are open from 8am-10pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
