FAMILY audiences are in for a treat throughout December when Sale Waterside Arts will show online items including a seven-episode show, Humbug, presented by Wrongsemble, well-known for their Christmas productions.

The theatre will use their new digital hub, Diverge, to present items of interest especially this new Christmas show.

The action takes place at the Ministry of Make Believe, beneath the city where a world of wonder awaits.

This show is suitable for four to 11-year-olds. Those who apply for a £10 family ticket will be entitled to see all seven episodes. They will also be sent an interactive fact file filled with 13 artefacts.

Children can watch it from the safety of their classrooms where they can also enjoy all seven filmed episodes which are suitable for key stages 1 and 2. The show and pack is available for £150 plus VAT per school.

Before that comes something more serious for adults. It is the Northern Lights Writers Conference organised by Creative Industries Trafford, from Monday, November 23, to Thursday, November 26. Diverge will also present Family Gorgeous Story Time and Vogue at Home.
