CLOSE friends have given heartfelt tributes to a popular mum-of-one who was found dead on Friday.
Kiera Allardice, who was also known by her maiden name Pearson, went missing after leaving her home on Bury Road in Tonge Fold on Wednesday, September 2.
Police launched an appeal and the 31-year-old’s loved ones carried out searches across Bolton and further afield in Manchester and Blackpool.
But sadly her body was discovered not far from her home nine days after she went missing.
Kiera leaves behind her son Leon, 14, along with other devastated members of her family and numerous friends.

On Saturday evening, a group of around 100 people – socially distanced – gathered outside her flat for a balloon release in memory of Kiera, described as someone who “would do anything for anyone”.
Floral tributes were left there too.
Kiera's best friend Kerrie Farrell said: "My heart is completely broken.
"I don't know what we are are going do without her.
"Kiera really was a legend and me and the kids are truly broken, she was the most amazing person to ever enter our lives.
"Her son and her mum and brother Jason are broken too.
"As friends all that we can do is make sure we keep her memory alive.
"Kiera will never ever be forgotten
"The people who helped with all the searches are all beautiful people and on Saturday the whole community got together for our beautiful Kiera."
Tributes left in memory of Kiera
Kiera’s friend Sara Patel last saw Kiera when they were out with a group of friends for a meal at The CourtHouse in Bolton at the end of August.
She said: “When I found out about Kiera I was devastated – it is heartbreaking.
“We had a balloon release on Saturday.
“People came and bought flowers which was really nice.
“We were overwhelmed.
“There were around 100 people there, all socially distanced and in their support bubbles. It showed how much people loved Kiera.
“Raffle tickets have been sold to help Kiera’s family pay for her funeral and the public have been really helpful.
“We really appreciate what they are doing.”
A GoFundMe crowdfunding page has been set up to raise money to help Kiera’s family with funeral costs.
