A MOTORIST caught drink-driving with a child in the car on a motorway will face a judge to hear his fate.
Wayne Garcia, 35, had a youngster aged under seven in his Mercedes C-Class when police detained him on the M60 in Trafford.
Manchester magistrates heard he later gave a breathlyser reading of 76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.
Garcia, of Randolph Street, Oldham, admitted to driving with excess alcohol, being drunk in charge of a child on a highway and having no driving licence or insurance.
He also admitted to assaulting two police officers and was committed in custody for crown court sentencing on July 23.
