A LONG-established friendship group in the Altrincham area is still looking to stay true to its founding principles - despite coronavirus.
The Oddfellows has been forced to 'press pause' on its social calendar because of the Covid-19 public health restrictions.
But officials say they are still eager to ensure the 'helping people' ethos, behind their 200-year-old collective, benefits locals.
A spokesman said: "The situation we are currently in has many repercussions – including exacerbated feelings of isolation, loneliness and anxiety."
