Here's why there are no trams running between Altrincham and Timperley on Sunday
TRAM bosses are warning commuters about essential engineering work is taking place on the Altrincham line tomorrow.
There will be no tram service between Altrincham and Timperley on Sunday.
A Manchester Metrolink spokesman said: "A bus replacement service will operate between Altrincham, Navigation Road and Timperley.
"You must buy a ticket or touch-in and touch-out at the closest tram stops when using replacement bus services.
"We can help with payment queries from the day after you travel, please contact 03000 035 035."
