MAGISTRATES have ordered the arrest of a 31-year-old Failsworth man who behaved in an "unacceptable" manner during a supervision appointment with the probation service.
Gary George Brookes, of Old Road, was given a final warning on January 22 following the initial order made by Fylde Coast at Blackpool Magistrates' Court on November 16, 2018.
It alleged he behaved badly at his appointment on January 17 this year.
After he failed to attend Tameside Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 24, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
"It has been assessed that he cannot be safely managed in the community by the National Probabtion Service," the court was told.
