A MAGICAL adaptation of the classic fairy tale, Rapunzel, is coming to Oldham coliseum nect month.
Presented by Immersion Theatre Company Rapunzel is a witty, pantomime-style, tongue-in-cheek retelling of the family favourite complete with a laugh out loud script, a host of catchy songs, heaps of audience interaction, and an exciting array of magical characters.
With magic and mayhem throughout and a chance to meet the characters after the show, this is one hair-raising adventure the family won’t want to miss!
Immersion are a family theatre specialist company whose recent work includes the 2019 Spring tour of The Amazing Adventures of Pinocchio and summer tours of Alice in Wonderland and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Their latest production will feature a new script and music written especially for the production, creating a completely new and exciting version of the well-known fairytale.
Rapunzel is suitable for ages from four upwards and there will be two performances at the Coliseum on Saturday, March 21 at 1.30pm and 4.30pm.
