A MAN has appeared in at Tameside Magistrates’ Court after breaching a non-molestation order by visiting a woman’s home in Chadderton on two dates in January.
Christopher John Ashley, 58, of Springwood Avenue, Chadderton has now been ordered to undertake treatment for alcohol dependency and carry out rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of 15 days.
Ashley has also been given a restraining order preventing him from contacting the woman of entering Haigh Lane until February 9, 2021. He was also fined £40 and ordered to pay £90 costs.
