Miller Homes, opened the doors to their highly anticipated Stretford development, Novus, last week.

The Mayor of Trafford, Mr. Chilton, was amongst those to attend as he cut the gold ribbon to the luxuriously designed show home.

The development is set to breathe a new lease of life into Stretford, promising modish and modernistic living for first time buyers, young professionals, as well as those looking to relocate. The Novus show home opened to the public on January 11.

The development will feature one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four bedroom homes. Ideally located between two major gateways into Manchester city centre and a short walk away from Stretford tram station, the complex is the best of both worlds.

The VIP event last night saw a great turnout, and welcomed guests such as the Mayor of Trafford as well as other key individuals, business partners and members of the press from the Trafford community and beyond. Guests enjoyed live music from local artist Liam McClair, Manchester gin cocktails and even a bespoke doughnut wall.

The housebuilder has also been getting stuck in with the community, recently donating £500 to support a local primary school’s library.

Leanne Feeley, Regional Sales Manager for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “Our VIP event was a huge success, it was great seeing people turn out in large numbers to come and see the beautiful show apartment. The Novus development is already shaping up to be one of our most popular yet, and we’re really enjoying seeing it come together.”

Having already taken several reservations, the new Stretford development is shaping up to be a highly sought-after collection of homes. Moving forward the sales centre, which is situated on Renton Road in Stretford, will open from 10:30am-5:30pm Thursday to Monday.
