SEVERAL people who have breached public spaces protection orders have been fined by Bolton magistrates.
None of the defendants turned up for court and were dealt with in their absence.
Saeed Abdul, aged 45, of no fixed abode, was fined £50 plus £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by drinking alcohol in Bold Street, Bolton, on July 3.
Jamie Brown, aged 32, of no fixed abode, was fined £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by drinking alcohol in Palatine Street, Bolton, on July 3.
John Burke, aged 48, of no fixed abode, was fined £50 plus £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by begging at Bolton Retail Park on Trinity Street on July 3.
Andrew Jubb, aged 51, of Bromwich Street, Bolton, was fined £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by begging in Deansgate on August 12.
Anthony Moran, aged 55, of Rupert Street, Bolton, was fined £50 plus £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by begging in Bold Street, Bolton, on July 1.
Anthony Norris, aged 28, of Beatrice Mews, Horwich, was fined £107 in costs and charges for breaching the order by drinking alcohol in Bolton on July 3.
