In November and December Altrincham Rotary were busy spreading the Christmas cheer around Altrincham with Santa Claus who made several special visits to the town .
He brought good fun and cheer to children ,families and anyone who saw him at his grotto in several locations throughout the town. Altrincham Rotary also appreciate all those who donated to their charity collection .
Altrincham Rotary had “ toys, tins n treats” collection boxes around the town supporting the Salvation Army in their quest to deliver toys and treats for underprivileged children and families who would not have got them .
As a thank you to the retailers who helped collect the toys, tins ,n treats and gave space for Santa, Altrincham Rotary presented “Certificates of Appreciation” to representatives of Marks and Spencer , Boots, Wilko, Rackhams House of Fraser, Orange Theory Fitness,The Treehouse café, The House restaurant and Bar and Tesco extra.
Ken Garrity, President Elect Altrincham Rotary, handed out certificates to Jamie Davies Orange Theory fitness, Martin Duff owner Randalls Jewellers, Sonia Stanley ,manager Randalls Jewellers, Leah Thomas, Boots, Jag Singh Mehat President Altrincham Rotary and Robyn Davies, Wilko.
