A DRIVER has been arrested by police for drug driving.
The motorist was stopped in the Deane area of Bolton last night.
Greater Manchester Police said they seized a car, which was found to be without insurance.
Officers arrested the driver for driving while disqualified from driving, and for drug driving.
The Bolton Central neighbourhood team tweeted about the arrest at about 10.30pm yesterday: "Good evening, response patrols have seized this vehicle in the Deane area of Bolton. Vehicle had no insurance. Driver arrested for being disqualified from driving and drug driving. #thedrugsdontwork #saferoads."
