MAGISTRATES have jailed a man for eight weeks after he was caught driving a car while banned from holding a licence on December 27.
Manchester Magistrates’ Court heard how Junaid Musa, aged 23, of Greenland Road, Bolton, was caught driving a VW Golf on St Helens Road.
Musa also had no insurance and pleaded guilty to committing the offences.
At the time he was subject to a conditional discharge for drug driving.
Musa was banned from applying for a driving licence for 12 months and ordered to pay £122 in costs and charges.
