Unfit through drink
A MAN has been fined £120 and had 10 points added to his licence after he was found to be in charge of a Citroen Berlingo on Marsham Road, Westhoughton, whilst unfit through drink.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Martin Stephan, aged 34, of St George’s Avenue, Westhoughton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence on December 1.
He was also ordered to pay £117 in costs and charges.
