A DRIVER stopped for a random spot check was found to be under the influence of cannabis and cocaine.
Blackburn magistrates heard Cameron Luther Williams had a previous conviction for drug driving in 2017.
Williams, 28, of Sylvan Drive, Burnley, pleaded guilty to driving while over the specified limit for cannabis, cocaine and the derivative of cocaine. He was made subject to a community order for 12 months with 150 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge. He was banned from driving for four years.
Marnat Ali, defending, said there was no suggestion there had been anything wrong with his client's driving.
