EVERYONE loves a recreation of a Christmas hit and Sale Sharks players were top of the pops as club officials re-posted a video of some of their stars doing East 17’s ‘Stay Another Day’.
During pre-season the 40 players were scored on their performances. The loser had to make a music video for the rest of the squad to watch.
🎅Ok so it's December now and everyone is in the Christmas spirit...

A Sale Sharks spokesman said: “The idea for the song in particular came about as there are a few lads from different countries in the group, so we needed a song that everyone would know, it turns out this one is pretty well know worldwide!
“Chris Ashton nailed it, I think when the other lads saw such a big name like him getting fully involved they gathered they had nothing to lose. We released the video at the time, partly because we couldn’t wait until Christmas."
