Burglary suspect seen climbing through own window after being locked out
A MAN who was wanted on suspicion of burglary was seen climbing through his own property's window after being locked out.
Police received a reports of a possible theft shortly after 5am today (Sunday) on Orchard Close, Leigh.
However, enquiries revealed the occupant had been locked out and was trying to climb through the window to get in.
However, police say the man was then found to be wanted in connection with a burglary from October.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
- Meanwhile, elsewhere during the night a 21-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after officers stopped a vehicle on Spinning Jenny Way shortly after 4am.
