A MAN has been banned for a year after drink driving.
Robbie Draper, of Cedar Avenue, Lowton admitted to being over the limit when he was driving at the East Lancashire Road junction at Newton Road on April 20.
The 30-year-old was disqualified for 12 months, which may be reduced by seven weeks if he completes a course.

He was also fined £450, told to pay a £45 victim services surcharge fee and court costs of £85.
Draper was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
