A man from High Wycombe has been charged with one count of Section 18 wounding with intent following a stabbing in High Wycombe on Thursday (October 17).
Eighteen-year-old Saif Ali, of Harenwaye, High Wycombe, was arrested on Friday (October 18) and charged the following day.
Ali was also charged with one count of threatening a person with a blade/sharply pointed article in a public place.
The charges relate to an incident in New Road, High Wycombe, on Thursday (October 17) at around 2.55pm.
Two vehicles crashed into one another and a group of up to three men attacked the victim, an 18-year-old man, who sustained stab wounds. The victim was taken to hospital, but has since been discharged.
Ali appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court on Saturday (October 19) where he was remanded in custody.
Another person, an 20-year-old man from High Wycombe, who was arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding with intent and criminal damage in connection with this incident, has been released on bail until 14 November.
