Police presence near Bolton railway station
THREE police cars are parked outside Bolton Railway station dealing with an incident.
According to witnesses, a man was on a ledge, threatening to jump at around 5.30pm.
A witness also claims there was up to six police cars at one point as officers tried to talk the man down.
At around 6pm, it appeared police had managed to talk the man down.
The Bolton News has approached Greater Manchester Police for comment.
